Each piece is carefully handcrafted, packed, and shipped with love from Pakistan.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Since our products are handmade, please allow a little extra time during busy seasons or for made-to-order pieces.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • We ship through trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopards, and M&P.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries.

  • Delivery time usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

💔 Damages or Issues

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

As our items are handmade, slight variations are natural.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect.
